However, what could be the cost of not changing it? Making changes is not about transforming into someone else, but becoming more like you want to be. This change is very possible and it impacts your life positively, but it can feel unsafe to take the steps into that direction. This is where therapy comes in.

The process
- Website contact. The first step is to contact me directly by email, whatsapp or through the website. Let me know what your request for help is. Feel free to also ask any other questions you may have!
- Payment When you decide to start, you will be asked to make payment beforehand in order to confirm the consultation or intake.
- Schedule the intake This can be done after payment is confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
